FAQs
QuickBooks Connect is an online platform that brings together accounting professionals, small and mid-size businesses, and the ecosystem that surrounds them. We deliver online, ongoing content and experiences — including an annual live event — that inspires, educates and connects our community.
Yes, several live sessions are eligible for CPE. To earn credit, you must stay logged in throughout the duration of the session and respond to each of the engagement polls. CPE/CE issuance is in coordination with CPAacademy.org. Certificates will be sent via email from CPAacademy.org. For a complete list of CPE eligible courses, click here.
Yes, most sessions will be available to registered attendees soon after they initially launch until December 10. Note that live sessions are eligible for CPE.
The main agenda takes place on Nov 18. In addition, registered participants will be able to access the event platform between Nov 18 – 20 to connect with other attendees in Braindate meetings and chat with experts.
Braindate is a peer-to-peer learning platform that brings together Quickbooks Connect attendees to discuss common interests and challenges. Meetings can be a small group (5 max) or -on-1. Braindates are organized by topics. To participate, find a topic that interests you (or create a new one), meet with other attendees to share knowledge, problem solve or explore a new idea. Braindate scheduling will open on Monday, Nov 9th. Braindate meetings will be available Wednesday, Nov 18 – Friday, Nov 20.
You will be able to sign up for sessions and by doing so plan your day. You will be able to change sessions at any time but planning your day will help you keep an overview across all your sessions, meetings with partners, and your Braindates. All of those will show up in your overview and help you not to miss anything.
Yes! You can find our full list of sponsors available on our QuickBooks Connect website. Partners will be available for real-time chats, 1-on-1 meetings and demos from Nov 18 – Nov 20.
Participants must be registered, a link to the event will be provided in the registration confirmation email. Log in is required, and your username is your email address. If you forgot your password, click the ‘forgot password’ link to reset password and an email will be sent to you. Be sure to have Zoom downloaded on your computer, as breakout sessions will be hosted in Zoom.
